Canyoning is a nature activity that mixes the skills and techniques of different outdoor sports such as caving, hiking, climbing and mountaineering to make it a white water sport! The perfect mix for a maximum of sensations! You progress through ravines and waterfalls in the bed of a river whose flow varies according to the canyons and the seasons.
Accompanied by a professional instructor, you will be advised and guided throughout your canyoning experience with optimal safety.
Most of the time, you can walk in the water, but some passages have to be crossed by swimming or by using progression techniques such as abseiling or tyrolean traverse. During your crossing of the Miraval canyon, you will enjoy multiple jumps and natural slides that will give you unique sensations.

Walk, swim, abseil down cliffs, jump and slide through the canyon for a full day of thrilling fun!
You'll use rope techniques and learn to move in a canyon environment. You'll picnic in the heart of the canyon in a magical and preserved area.
Activity requirements
Participants must:
- know how to swim
- weight more than 30 kilos
- be taller than 1.25 metres
Depending on your expectations and the conditions, you might go canyoning in Eriste or Barbaras.
