Moniteur à l'écoute de ses clients. Il s'adapte au niveau de chacun et parvient à faire plaisir à toput le monde.
Accueil peu chaleureux, contrairement au capitaine du bateau qui est extra et attentif. Pas trop d’explication au départ, matériel vieillissant: 1 bouée de 4 ne pouvait accueillir que 3 personnes car les sangles étaient cassées
