Originally from Haute Savoie, Fredéric Pascal, founder of Tendances du Sud, developed a passion for mountain sports from an early age, particularly caving, mountaineering and climbing. In 1989, Fredéric discovered the Catalan canyons. Ten years later, he made canyoning and climbing his profession. With two state diplomas in climbing and canyoning, Fredéric is a specialist in the canyons of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Committed to improving the safety of his clients, Fredéric has been involved in many cliffs, sites, boulders and canyons in the Eastern Pyrenees.
