Fly 2 Tandemflights is here to guide you through an unforgettable experience you are certain to cherish for a lifetime. Located between Kufstein, Wörgl and Kitzbühel, the Hohe Salve mountain stands as a part of the Kitzbühel Alps with a summit 1,828 meters above sea level. This spot is famous for ideal paragliding conditions and of course, an absolutely stunning mountainous landscape. No prior experience is needed as Fly 2 Tandemflights will ensure you are safe and in good hands.
At your take-off area your guide will go over safety instructions, what to expect out of your flight, and how your equipment works. Your pilot will help you with your helmet and harness, do a final equipment check, and then take several steps towards take off! Depending on the wind conditions of the day, you can go up to 20 meters! Gliding at approximately 40 km/h, catch views of the Kufstein and Kitzbühel villages as well as the majestic surrounding Alps. If you would like to turn the gentle glide to rapid with curves and spirals, just let your guide know! Landing will be easy with just a few steps.
There are 3 different paragliding sites to choose from each differing in airtime and altitude:
Hopfgarten
Takeoff : 1800m above sea level
Altitude difference: 1200m
Airtime: 15-20 minutes
Total time needed: approx. 1 hour
Söll
Takeoff: 1800m above sea level
Altitude difference: 1100m
Airtime: 12-17 minutes
Total time needed: approx. 1 hour
Thermal flight
Airtime: 30 minutes (optional: +50€ every extra 30 mins)
