Activity description

Master the waves and currents which range from class 3 and 4 on this thrilling whitewater rafting tour on the river Salzach. This is the perfect tour for rafting lovers who have already some experience and wish to take their rafting skills to the next level!

You will be meeting your guides for this tour at the base camp in Stegenwald which can be easily reached by the highway exit Pass Lueg 34. It’s just a 30 minutes drive from the city of Salzburg.

Once you reach the meeting point, you will be equipped for this whitewater adventure. You are going to wear a helmet, wet suit, personal flotation device and boots. Now you will be heading to the starting point in Eschenau.

Here you will be briefed on the activity and your guide will explain to you everything you need to know about rafting on the river. Safety first… But now it’s finally time to get on the river!
