Stand Up Paddling is becoming ever more popular, as it is a great refreshing and relaxing alternative sport! This is your chance to try it out! The friendly and highly qualified team in Fuerteventura will show you the basic techniques and will get you up on your board in no time. The first lessons for beginners will take place in flat water. If you already have a bit of level we will introduce you to surfing waves with the Paddle Surfboard!
This 2-hour Stand Up Paddle lesson will be private so you will have a personalized service. and you will learn all the necessary techniques in a fun and effective way. The instructors will choose the beach daily, depending on the conditions, in order to give you the safest and best possible teaching.

What you will learn:
- Warm up before entering the water (stretching, breathing, etc.) and how to use all the muscles of the body.
- Techniques to stand and balance on the board.
- Rowing techniques
Minimum age: 12 years
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
