Continue you immersion into the big blue with a group of professionals!
During the three day intermediate freediving course, you will be taught advanced equalization techniques, how to freefall in the water like a pro and pool training techniques. Also, you'll add some great theory to further advance your knowledge from previous courses.
Again, the course is based on three aspects, theory, confined water and open water. On the 3 theory sessions in the mornings, you will cover physics and physiology related to freediving, how to plan a dive session and new training concepts. You’ll also learn more about the Buddy System and an amazing thing called the mammalian diving reflex.
Then at the confined Water Sessions, you'll refresh your rescue skills in the pool. Then onto the good stuff, you’ll get to design and try out an advanced training technique called a CO2 table. Next, you'll improve your technique as much as possible before testing your new personal bests going for maximum in static apnea and dynamic with fins.
Now for the best part, the ocean. You’ll go out to sea 4 times in total to practice your equalization and free falling. You’ll be pushed so you can perfect your basic techniques like finning and duck diving. Over the 4 sessions you’ll also be taught buddy and self rescue techniques which are really going to make your dive sessions a lot more safer.
Possible spots (depending on weather): Abades, Alcala, Tabaiba, La Calete, Montaña Amarilla

Tenerife is part of the Canary Islands which are really close to Africa. Thanks to this fortunate location, Tenerife has great weather all year round, there is no rainy or windy season, though it can get a little cold at night in the winter.
On this volcanic island, which has lots of great sites for snorkelling and fun dives, your intermediate courses will be conducted on a small bay with a family of turtles.
Most of the training sites are a short swim from shore however a boat is available if more depth is required. With such a variety of training locations you’ll never get bored as you can train somewhere different every day. Objectives
