Discover rock climbing in the Ardèche Gorges or the Ardèche mountains with the instructors of Les Intraterrestres!
The Ardèche Gorges are a real natural gem in France and are full of breathtaking scenery. Les Intraterrestres' introductory climbing trips in the Ardèche Gorges take place on natural sites about twenty metres high. The limestone cliffs of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the granite of the Ardèche mountains offer perfect conditions to discover rock climbing.
Accompanied by a state-qualified instructor, you will receive instruction adapted to your climbing experience and abilities. During your session, you will have the opportunity to climb several routes, with instructors placing ropes on different routes. The session is adapted according to the level of each person: the more experienced can climb in front and learn new rope manipulations, while for the novices, it will be an abseiling down the wall!
Accessible from the age of 5, this introductory climbing session in the Gorges de l'Ardèche is ideal for an introduction to the pleasures of cliff climbing, so don't wait any longer and come and join the instructors of Les Intraterrestres!
- Meet at the Digonnet pharmacy car park - 07530 Vallées-d'Antraigues-Asperjoc.
- Drive with your instructor to the car park of the climbing site.
- Equipment set up by your instructor.
- Approach walk to the climbing site.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Climbing session and learning of safety techniques: roping up, belaying for about 3 hours...
- 30 minute walk back to the meeting point.
- Return journey to the meeting point by car.
It is imperative to be in good physical condition to do this activity.
