Activity description
Would you like to get started, go over the basics or share a session with a professional instructor to better understand a spot you don't know? Then Soul Surfing Skol has the right formula for you, 2 hours surfing lessons to choose from: at sunrise, in the middle of the day or at sunset.
The course schedule:
After arriving at the meeting point at the indicated time you will meet your instructor who will invite you to equip you with a wetsuit and a surfboard that he will have chosen according to your size and your level of practice.
You will then warm up with various teaching exercises presented by your instructor.
The time will then come for you to go out on the water and take as many waves as possible accompanied by an instructor who will give you advice on how to apply wave after wave.
The spot:
Soul Surfing Skol evolves on two surfing spots in the Audierne bay. Its choice is made according to the weather conditions and the tides. You will thus have the opportunity to practice on the spot of Plouhinec or Plovan, which will allow you to evolve in an extraordinary setting marked by Prehistory.
The sometimes turquoise water on a good day will welcome you with open arms as well as the long waves which break there.
