Activity description

Pyrénées Evasion offers you a hike around the lakes of the Pic de Maupas and a night in a Maupas guarded refuge.

Leave for two days of hiking in the Pic de Maupas, near Bagnères-de-Luchon.

Julien, your qualified mountain leader, will take you on an adventure from the impressive Lys valley. This hike is an opportunity to explore the majestic Crabioules cirque, home of the isards.

After a first day with a good rhythm, you will spend the night at the Maupas refuge, at 2450 metres altitude. The hike continues the next day to the lakes not far from the refuge: Lac Vert and Lac Bleu, which accentuate the beauty of this high mountain landscape. You then descend into the Lys valley, a sign of the end of your hike and the return to civilisation.
