Activity description

This week-end winter getaway is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself into the trapper's life. Get ready to live an incredible experience over 2 days in the middle of the Pyrenees!

The main goal of this snowshoeing trip is to reach the Escalette summit and discover the white landscape of the Pyrenees with your mountain leader, Julien. You will spend 2 days off the beaten tracks, far from the ski resort and the crowd, plainly enjoying a great week-end with your friends while surrounded by woodland and snowy valleys. Julien will be more than happy to share his knowledge about mountain activities as well as the wildlife and vegetation inside the Pyrenees.

Cherry on the cake, you will be lucky to spend the night in the great outdoors, in a mountain hut just like a real trapper!

You will depart from the Montrejeau train station to go to the Menté pass (near the Mourtis ski resort) where the adventure begins. On the first day you will hike on the Escalette summit, then you will camp in the hut for an unforgettable night!
