Activity description

The Mont Blanc not only offers magnificent views (as the highest peak in Europe), but also has unlimited freeriding opportunities where you have the possibility of skiing on slopes adapted to your level in a spectacular environment.

Your guide will be on-hand at all times providing you with personalised advice and suggestions, helping you improve your backcountry skills.

Over the course of the day you will familiarise yourself with different techniques and learn how to progress in all snow conditions. You will also be told about the backcountry safety regulations and protocols.

Additionally you will learn how to use a transceiver and evaluate the snow and slopes. You'll learn what’s dangerous and what’s not and what could pose a potential threat. "Security is of optimal importance" is a mantra that will be repeated throughout the day.
