If you wish to go off-piste skiing for a day, La Grave is definitely the best place to go! With the personalised advice from an expert, you are sure to improve and enjoy your ride!
La Grave is a 100% freeriding spot and one of the most renowned in Europe. It remained wild, which is absolutely fantastic! You access the first slopes thanks to the ski lifts and then, you're in the wild! You will not come across any groomed slopes in La Meije, one of the most beautiful mountain range of the French Alps.
In the Massif des Ecrins, you will have the choice, according to the itineraries, to go skiing on glaciers, in the forest, in couloirs and on slopes with a 45° inclination if you have the level!
If the conditions are not ideal for practice in La Grave, your guide will take you to other spots closer to the stations where you can still find fresh snow, away from the crowd!
You're in for a full day in the 100% off-piste skiing resort of La Grave!
You'll meet your instructor in the resort and get a coffee for a good start and talk about the program of the day.
After a quick briefing about the conditions and security, you'll take the ski lifts for a few easy rides to warm up before going crazy on itineraries in the forest, couloirs or anywhere you want. You'll have a choice to picnic in the mountain or stop at a restaurant.
The day should end around 4.30pm with a drink to debrief.Itinerary
