Activity description

Take advantage of the experience of Marc, local guide of Rando Terre d'Azur, to discover the exceptional landscapes that this itinerary offers in the Mercantour!

This snowshoe hike is one of the most exceptional you can do in your life.

You will follow a trail through Mélèzes forest dotted with animal tracks, which you will interpret thanks to your guide. Perhaps you will even have the chance to observe typical mountain animals with binoculars! Then, you will then climb up towards Lake Allos.

After a gradual ascent in this wooded area, trees will become rarer and you will reach Lake Allos, with the reward of our efforts being the superb and unusual panorama of this great glacial circus under the snow!

It is in this unique and fragile environment that you can restore yourself while admiring the landscape.

You will then come down quietly with memories full of memories!
