Activity description
Enjoy the thrill of skydiving near Paris with a certified instructor who is specially trained to show you all the aspects this activity has to offer.
On arrival at the Peronne airfield, you will be given a quick 15 minute training session during which you will be introduced to the safety rules of a tandem jump.
Once you are equipped with all the necessary equipment, you will head to the aircraft for a 15 minute climb from Peronne airfield. During this flight you will be attached to your instructor, ready to take the final step.
Once you reach an altitude of 4200 the door will open giving you an exceptional panaroma and pushing your adrenaline level to the maximum during this skydive.
You then jump and free fall for 50 seconds.
At 1500 meters, your instructor will open the parachute and you will just have to sit back and enjoy the scenery.
To capture this moment, the Gege Skydive team will film your jump during the different phases of this unique activity:
- Before boarding the plane
- Climbing to 4,200 metres
- During the freefall
- The flight under the canopy
- Your first impressions/expressions once you have landed.
Take the plunge less than 150 km from Paris in the nearest drop zone to the French capital!
The entire activity lasts half a day (depending on the weather), the flight itself is 30 minutes approx.
Activity requirements
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent
- You must provide a medical certificate stating you are allowed to participate in this activity
- Weigh less than 90 kilos (for security reasons)
- Be dressed in comfortable clothing - suitable for the current weather conditions
- Low top trainers only
- Medical certificate less than 3 months old required
An all-in-one suit is not provided for tandem jumps so please so make sure you are dressed in comfortable clothing.
The meeting time is not necessarily the time you will jump - it all depends on the weather conditions. There is a possibility that your jump may be postponed to later on in the day.
