Enjoy a 3-day training to learn everything about survival techniques in the Gorges du Tarn near Toulouse with Alex, a passionate instructor.
With Alexandre, you will spend three days in nature not far from Toulouse.
Throughout the course, he'll explain the survival methods so that everyone can put their knowledge into practice. Sometimes the weather is unpleasant (rain, wind...) but it's the rules of the game! He'll also work on the mental side (stress management) and will transmit his experience to help you enjoy the activity to the fullest.
The survival training is conducted without food. You will have to do everything you can to find what you need: plants, insects, mushrooms, animals and anything that can be edible. The instructor wants to keep this guideline so that you can realize that a benefit given by mother nature becomes an unforgettable moment.
