Équipe très sympa et à l’écoute.
Lolo, le guide très sympa et présent tout le long du parcours. Il a su rassurer une ado de notre groupe qui était un peu tétanisée par la peur. Elle a pu poursuive son parcours grâce à son professionnalisme et l'ado est bien contente d'être allée jusqu'au bout. La personne de l'accueil également très sympa et arrangeante.

Dommage pour la très longue attente, j’ai réservé le saut pour 14h00 sur internet, je suis passée à 15h20 ! Très long pour les enfants qui sont venu m’accompagner.
