Activity description

A combined package to obtain the PADI certificate, globally recognised as the first diving certificate. With this combo you can be considered as a highly advanced experienced diver.

It takes 8 days to complete the courses, diving for 4 hours per day. The diving locations may vary according to the needs of each lesson, always around the island of Kefalonia.

Courses can be arranged according to your needs or in a relaxed fashion according to your holiday schedule. Specifically for improving your diving skills, this fun course offers you the opportunity to learn diving specialties such as night diving (now not a compulsory dive), deep diving, underwater navigation, underwater photography, multilevel planning, peak performance buoyancy, search and recovery, underwater digital photographer and many more...  


The boat

Kataditiko" is a spacious 18 metre on purpose built dive boat. Licensed to carry 48 passengers, has a platform for easy diver entry/exit, comfortable internal lounge with refreshment bar and a shaded kiting up deck area. 
Equipped with a Bauer compressor, tanks and complete dive sets for 20 divers. All necessary safety equipment including first aid, oxygen, VHF, DSC and GPS. 

The diving club can offer you a flexible itinerary.
"Kataditiko" can be chartered for tailor-made itineraries.


The tanks

Aquatic World can offer you both Air and Nitrox fills of the highest quality. They have a state-of-the-art Bauer electric-motor compressors with a SECURUS monitoring system to ensure that only the purest air is produced.

10, 12 and 15 litres steel or aliminium tanks available.

Offer Description

This is a combined course to get the Open Water and Advanced Open Water certification at once!

The course will last at least 5 days and you will have 2 dives per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This is the intense learning method.

If you have the time you can have a much more flexible programme and take your certification in a week by performing one dive per day.

For the Open Water certification you will need to prove after 6 dives that you can go to depths of 18 meters below the surface.
For the Advanced Open Water you need to prove that you are an advanced diver who can go to depths of 30 meters. In total you will have 10 dives or 12 if needed in different spots all around the island of Kefalonia.
