Activity description

So you are a pretty decent kitesurfer, huh? You're the guy (or gal) that all your kitesurfing buddies go ask for tips and advices? Ever thought of a career as a kitesurfer? Well thanks to Kite Armada you can become a certified IKO instructor or IKO assistant instructor in Lefkada, one of the beautiful Greek islands!

Armada Kite welcomes you to Lefkada surrounded by the beautiful waters of the Ionian Sea, a mostly unknown kitesurfing jewel! There, you will be able to train in long, white sandy beaches. The powerful thermal winds there blow south and southwest with between 15 and 25 knots, making it excellent for advanced training. Also, when training with Armada you will have top of the line equipment by Liquid Force at your disposal, and BB Talk communication devices, which will allow you to communicate efficiently with your coach!

You have already taken the first step into becoming a professional kitesurfing instructor, being an advanced kitesurfer! The next step is to be part of an IKO Assistant Instructor training where you will prove how good a kitesurfer you are in order to transform those skills and knowledge into a teaching method. Once certified as an assistant, you will be able to give kitesurfing lessons, but under the supervition of a Instructor Level 2.

For those who are already a certified IKO Assistant Instructor, now is the chance to take the final leap into a professional kitesurfing career. Training as an IKO Instructor Level 1, you will finally be able to teach without supervision.
