The world's fastest-growing paddle sport right now. Beginning in the calm and sheltered waters of Bray Harbour, you will be surprised at how simple and addictive this sport is. Anyone can try this sport, and falling in is all part of the fun! Take a paddle around Bray Harbour on this 2-hour SUP lesson.
Bray Adventure instructors will get you up on your feet in no time teaching you the skills needed to SUP safely allowing you the confidence to get out there on your own. The Bray Harbour is beautiful and only 15 minutes outside Dublin. A small harbour at the Dargle River's mouth, with two small piers extending into the Irish Sea.

You'll be shown the fundamental paddle and self-rescue techniques, as well as important do's and don'ts that will make this a totally awesome day out.
Course of events
-Meet at Bray Adventures
-Get fitted for wetsuit and gear
-Head out with the SUP
