The Tuscan-Emilian National Park becomes during the winter a snowy wonderland of preserved nature! The best way to explore it in an active and fun way is by snowshoeing!
Snowshoeing is the winter equivalent of trekking, therefore it doesn't require any specific mountain skills and it is very safe. You will wear technical snowshoes and walking poles to help you walk effortless in the snow.
Additionally you will be accompanied by one of the friendly guides of Apians, who have designed for you a special itinerary. The route is extremely panoramic and it is shaped as a ring, with Corfino as start and end point!
The landscapes and views of the Apennines covered in snow are sure to touch your heart!

This ring shaped snowshoeing route start from the picturesque village of Corfino at an altitude of 851 meters. You will then traverse fantastic landscapes: mountain pastures, the Orecchiella Natural Park the limestone cliffs of the Grottacce, the valley Buca dei Lupi, the summit of Pania mountain, and old shepherd's houses.
The total difference in altitude is about 790 meters and you will reach the maximum altitude at 1603 meters.
Prices depend on group size:
- 1-4 participants: 45 € pp.
- 5-6 participants: 40 € pp.
- 7+ participants: 35 € pp.
You will start in the morning from Corfino, have a lunch break during the day to recharge your energies and continue your route to come back to Corfino.
