Feel the thrill of been dragged by a kite on the snow with your skis on or your snowboard: try snowkiting! Snowkite is neither difficult nor dangerous - anybody who's dedicated and patient enough can learn it!
The special thing of snowkiting is that you are pulled along by the kite on the snow using the wind to move you along!
How much time does it take to learn? After about 10 hours of practice (2-3 days) you will be able to manage the kite and skis/snowboard in total safety.
Do I fly, and how high? You will not fly. The snowkite is only used drag you on the snow, using the force of the wind to descend and climb mountain slopes. Of course it is possible to jump and take air...but for the moment let the experts do it!
Ski or snowboard? You can practice snowkiting with both skis and snowboard, but it is suggested to start with skis, even for expert snowboarders. This is because skis will allow you to learn rapidly and steadily. It make it easier controlling the kite as well, and make the first steps much more enjoyable.
What level do I need on skis or snowboard? During the first lessons it doesn't matter how good you are with the skis/snowboard. It's fundamental to learn how to control the kite, since with no control, you will not able to snowkite at all!
