Head out on this full-day canoe tour of Curonian Spit National Park. Set to a casual pace, this trip is suitable for all ages and abilities, allowing you to discover the UNESCO site with an experienced local paddler. Travel by ferry to Pervalka bay and meet your guide - practising some basic canoe strokes in the local marina. Afterwards, you'll travel to Pervalka Lighthouse, enjoying picturesque views of the dunes & Curonian Lagoon. Reaching the towering sand spits, stop for a picnic lunch and enjoy the view - learning more about the spectacular nature, culture and historical heritage of the area. On your way back to Pervalka, you'll make two stops: first, at the largest bird colonies in Europe - home to cormorants & herons, second, a whistlestop visit of the traditional fishing village of Juodkrante - all from the comfort of a stylish handcrafted cedarwood canoe!
