This 1-hour lesson begins with a brief theory session to familiarize you with the equipment (SUP board and paddle) and the fundamental techniques. The magic happens when you get on the board and start paddling in the water. Under the guidance of your instructor, you'll quickly find your balance and gain confidence. Enjoy the views of Mellieha Bay as you paddle through Malta's transparent waters. At the end of the tour, you'll return to the meeting point in Mellieha.
