Come and practice windsurfing in the Bay of Fort-de-France, the perfect spot in Martinique for board sports!
The Baz'Notik school offers windsurfing lessons from the Pointe du Bout, in Les Trois-Îlets, from discovery to improvement, for beginners as well as for experienced windsurfers. The center offers equipment adapted to all levels, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace and to perfect their skills. The instructors will change your equipment according to your progress if they deem it necessary.
The Bay of Fort-de-France is the easiest, windiest and safest windsurfing spot in Martinique, perfect for learning to windsurf while having maximum fun! It can be reached from the base at Pointe du Bout by boat in just a few minutes.
For those who wish to progress and become autonomous quickly, the school suggests 2 consecutive days of training to work on precise themes such as manoeuvres, speed increase, jumps or freestyle.
The school offers group lessons and private lessons: private lessons are open to children every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. For private lessons, Romain, a state-qualified instructor at Baz'Notik, will set up a program perfectly adapted to your level, your expectations and your physical condition:
- If you are a beginner, he will teach you the basic techniques with the help of a boat (to guarantee your safety). After learning how to drive your windsurf, a boat will take you to a sandy shoal, ideal for windsurfing.
- If you are already at an intermediate level, they will put you directly on your board to perfect your positioning, your control of the moves and your technique.
Baz'Notik only uses recent equipment, renewed at the beginning of each season. The school has a partnership with North Sails and Fanatic, brands that are very popular with windsurfers! The equipment is divided into 3 ranges: children, evolution and pro.
