Come and learn canyoneering in the canyon of the Audin stream located south of Breil-sur-Roya, in the Provence region.
Located in the Roya Valley on the border with Italy (near Fanghetto), the Audin canyon is sunny and is composed of jumps in emerald green basins, small abseils, and toboggans.
The descent of the canyon of the Audin stream is very fun, a mix of aquatic hiking and canyoning. It's ideal if you want to have an introduction to the activity or a relaxed family day out.
You meet your instructor at La Turbie north of Monaco, then you go to the start of the canyon by car (transport not included).
The approach walk starts at the entrance of the Italian village of Fanghetto and lasts about 40 minutes. You then start a beautiful descent of 2 hours with many natural slides, easy jumps, and small swimming parts. The rock is very adherent and thus makes the progression pleasant. The water is clear and allows to see the depth of the basins to jump.
The route ends with a return walk of about 15 minutes.
All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
