Experience the peaceful yet exciting thrill of dog sledding in the Tana Valley in the Finnmark region of Norway!
In this magical setting, where nature still remains at moments unspoiled, you'll experience the amazing thrill of dog sledding. The principle is quite simple, you'll hop on a sled that will be pulled by a pack of trained and loyal huskies.
When you reach the kennel, you'll be welcomed by the dogs, whom you'll be able to pet and spend some time with them before or after your trip. Then, you'll get ready for a 1-hour, 3-hour or full day dogsledding ride. If you choose the long ride, you'll enjoy a nice snack in front of a fire.
As the pack of huskies sets off, you'll hear the incomparable sound of the sled gliding as the snow beneath it cracks and compacts. The sound of the wind and the dogs breathing will complete the soundtrack to this amazing ride. The loyal dogs work as a team commanded by their masters, a true example of teamwork!
The route will be decided by Dan taking into consideration the weather conditions, but don't worry he'll make sure you have a great time.
