Enjoy one of the Algarve's most beautiful coasts on this Stand Up Paddle Tour in The Lagos Grottoes.

Once you meet your stand up paddling instructor, you will first be briefed on water safety and shown how to handle the board and paddle. Then you'll put your skills to the test on the water, and your tour will begin when you're ready.

You will embark on a 2-and-a-half-hour stand-up paddle experience in Lagos's famed Grottoes! Your teacher will lead you along the stunning coastline and wonderful beaches such as Praia Dona Ana, Praia da Batata, and Ponta de Piedade.

You'll be stopping frequently along the journey so you may swim at the several beaches. Your instructor will also show you all of the excursions available in the Algarve near Lagos.

It was super beautiful to explore the coast of Lagos with all the beautiful caves on the board. Early morning is definitely the best time-no boats no kayaks, very calm.
