Aquatic hikes are definitely the best way to discover the most beautiful rivers in Reunion Island in safety.
It is a mix of canyoning and white water swimming and you will alternate between:
- Swimming in the natural pools deeply entrenched in the canyons
- Walking in the riverbeds
- Natural slides
These outings are very fun and programs can be adapted to the level and age of the participants.
This activity is taking place "at the heart of cascades" on the Langevin river, a favourite with nature lovers (from 6 years old), which include a 1,5 hour to 2 hour descent with immersion in the heart of the waterfalls, with some small caves to visit, some beautiful pool jumps and of course great slides (most crossings can be circumvented if necessary.)
You leave for a half day aquatic excursion with Christophe as your guide in the river Langevin.
You will choose your itinerary depending on your expectations (whether your want to swim a lot, walk peacefully or jump all the time) and the global level of the group.
