Do you fancy a swim in the rivers for a change of scenery after the Réunion Island beaches? Do you want to practice an original sport in a beautiful environment? Then aquatic hiking is made for you!
Aquatic hiking is an activity that mixes canyoning and white water swimming. With Rafting Réunion, enjoy a 3-hours excursion with the center instructors to go down the Rivière des Roches, going from waterfall jumps to slides, and swimming in Saint-Benoît natural pools!
You will definitely want to share this moment with a group of friends or your family and enjoy with them the unique tropical environment of the Réunion Island. The Rafting Réunion instructors will adapt the difficulty to your level and your thirst for sensations. In all cases, you will go down the Rivière des Roches, located at the north of Saint-Benoît and its famous Rivière des Marsouins.
The ideal aquatic excursion to discover the activity and have some fun! The instructor will adapt the difficulty to your level.
- Meet at 8am at the Bassin La Paix car park for the equipment (wetsuit, waistcoat, helmet), and then it's off to the aquatic hike!
- Back on dry land to enjoy an aperitif.
Count a total of 3 hours for the activity.
Activity requirements
All participants must be able to swim 25m without help and not fear to have their head underwater.
