Activity description

Come and try an authentic circus trapeze in the South African hinterland; your heart is guaranteed to jump into your throat!

This is probably one of the most technical activities at All Out Adventures. The expert instructors will coach you through taking off the board to landing in the net, with the option of a knee hang and a backflip dismount. This means to successfully execute each trick you will need to listen carefully to the guide and follow the instructions at the right time.

Those who aren’t so acrobatically inclined can just enjoy the swing and the sensation of landing in the net.
