Activity description

Icefalls are natural and ephemaral structures and a perfect opportunity to discover an original activity in the heart of winter. Go and discover an unusual landscape and have fun climbing with ice axes and crampons!

Your professional guide will define the program of the day and the destination with you according to your expectations, your level and the weather conditions.

Discover icefall climbing:
It's a day trip that will allow you to learn the techniques of ice climbing. Bielsa offers a fantastic playground for initiation as well as advanced level training in the use of ice axes and crampons.

Multi pitch ice climbing:
On the multi pitch routes, the day will be dedicated to going through all the techniques of ice climbing to adapt to the ascent of several lengths. From Bielsa to Gavarnie or in the valley of La Frêche, you will inevitably find a climbing site matching your expectations.
