Located on the east skirts of the Picos de Europa National Park, the Rio Navedo canyon is one of the many amazing canyons you can explore in the northern region of Cantabria in Spain.
Descending the flow of a high-altitude river enjoying the crystal-clear and freshwaters coming from the melting ice caps is all what canyoning is about. You'll put your body and mental strength to the test as sort the obstacles nature has put on your way. The many imposing mountains in the Picos de Europa National will serve as a backdrop for this canyoning trip in which you'll be guided at all times by one of Aqua21 Aventura's professional instructors.
We will provide you with all necessary equipment: neoprene wetsuit and shoes, helmet, harness, cords and all necessary safety equipment. Completely geared up, you'll be able to abseil down waterfalls and high walls, jump into natural water pools, shimmer and hike around rocks, and slide down natural slides!
Rio Navedo is a beginner's canyon which means anyone can take part in it since it doesn't require an impressive fitness level nor previous skills. All you need is a sense of adventure and a good mood!
The Rio Navedo canyon is considered one of the best and most complete canyons in the Cantabria area, one of the reasons why it's perfect for you! Both experienced canyoners and beginners will enjoy exploring this amazing riverbed which is surrounded by lush greenery!

Abseils up to 22 m.
All participants must be able to swim.
A minimum height of 1.15 m. is required.
Minors must have authorization from their parents.
