The Deva River in the Picos de Europa is by far the star of the rafting show in the area. This river rises in the frozen mountain peaks which melt in spring, feeding the flow of the Deva. The rafting trip will start from La Hermida in Cantabria and continue to Panes in Asturias, an easy difficulty stretch of about 10 km.
Rafting is one of the world's leading adventure sports. The principle of the sport is quite simple: you descend a river in an inflatable raft while avoiding the obstacles the river throws in your way. As you paddle down the river in white water, you will encounter swift currents, eddies and potholes that will drench you.
This rafting excursion involves descending the rapids of the Deva River in 6-8 person inflatable boats. During the trip on the river located in Cantabria, you will experience very funny emotions. In addition, the guide will do maneuvers with your help that will make you enjoy an unforgettable adrenaline rush with your family and friends.
