Activity description

Experience Sweden's beautiful outdoors while skating on natural ice in the scenic outskirts of Stockholm. Choose between beginner or intermediate excursions!

Stockholm, Sweden's capital city, is known for its dynamic cultural life, rich history, and diverse architecture. Situated on 14 islands, the city is part of the Stockholm Archipelago, stretching out into the Baltic Sea. For those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the beauty of Sweden's winter wonderland, ice skating in Stockholm is the perfect activity!

Your adventure begins at the meeting point in Stockholm, where you'll be greeted by your seasoned instructor. After you and your group have been fitted in your gear, you'll board the scenic shuttle to the starting point. Once you've arrived at the lake and laced up your skates, your instructor will provide a safety and itinerary briefing as well as an introduction to Nordic ice skating techniques. Then, the fun starts! You and your group (a maximum of 8 people) will feel the rush and freedom of skating on the frozen waters of the Baltic Sea.

After spending the morning in skates, savouring the fresh air and the sun on your face, you'll enjoy a well-deserved campfire lunch along with Swedish Fika (warm drinks and pastries) later on. A great to warm up and enjoy the tranquillity of nature! At the end of the day, you'll return to the original departure point, happy with your time spent ice skating in Stockholm.

The numerous lakes and stunning scenery might just make ice skating in Stockholm one of the best outdoor activities this area offers! Don't miss out, book your next adventure in Sweden today!
