Now, the fun starts! You'll board the scenic transfer to the snowshoeing departure point in the backcountry surrounding the metropolis. Upon your arrival, you'll put on your equipment and your guide will give an introduction to snowshoeing and snowshoeing techniques. Then, it's time to set out into the winter wonderland of Sweden, taking in the magnificent scenery along the way! As you traverse the snow, you'll savour the tranquillity of nature. 

While snowshoeing in Stockholm, your guide will point out animal tracks in the snow, which include moose, deer, and wild boar that are native to the region. If luck is on your side, you may be graced with an animal sitting, don't forget to bring your camera!  Throughout the excursion, your guide will share fascinating facts about the wildlife, flora and fauna of the area as well as insights into Swedish culture and history.
