Offering the perfect introduction to board riding, Newgale provides a range of settings along Brandy Brook and the shoreline for total beginners and anyone looking to get into wave riding! Beginner SUP lessons take you through the equipment and skills involved to paddle safely on the coast and rivers of Pembrokeshire- whilst improver SUP courses introduce more advanced disciplines of SUP surfing and the variety of different equipment associated with Stand Up Paddleboarding. Lovely day out learning to stand up paddleboard! Gorgeous weather. We loved exploring the caves and coastline.
