Centre de Vol à Voile de l'Ubaye - CVVU

The Centre de Vol à Voile de l'Ubaye is a non-profit organization located at the Barcelonnette aerodrome and affiliated to the French Federation of Gliding.

The club is open every day from March to October, and activities are provided on a voluntary basis by state-certified instructors and approved equipment.

For more than 30 years, the Ubaye Gliding Center has been proud of the spot where it performs its glider and airplane flights: a magnificent mountain valley in the north of Alpes de Haute-Provence - an ideal playground for gliding enthusiasts! In addition, the club carries out 5,000 flight hours and 1,500 hours of instruction every year.

Come and gain some altitude with your first flight aboard a glider or a plane, or learn to fly safely and in a friendly atmosphere!
