Terra Azul is based in São Miguel Island, where they provide a unique holiday experience in the Marine Wildlife Oasis of the Azores Islands. In the waters surrounding this beautiful island, 28 different species come every year, and 4 cetaceans call it home year-round.

With over 18 years of experience as an ecotouristic operator in the Azores Islands, Terra Azul specializes in whale watching trips, swimming with dolphins trips which are authentic marine excursions. Setting up shop in the Ponta Garça Whale lookout, used for Whaling up to 1984, they've been setting off from their since March 2000.

Their passion for the ocean shows in their efforts for working at the highest standards and in their commitment towards conservation of the cetaceans species, research and education. Also, every single of the tours they offer is lead by marine biologists or a naturalist guide and with an experienced skipper.
