The Peak Adventure

Explore the uplands of the ancient Lanna Kingdom with ATV adventures and whitewater rafting, courtesy of The Peak Adventure.

Founded in 1999 by a collective of outdoor adventurers that were drawn to Chiang Mai for its exciting action sports possibilities, The Peak Adventure represents the finest & most experienced adventurers in the north.

A hub for adrenaline junkies, Chiang Mai has long been considered a hotspot in South East Asia, connecting knowledgeable and experienced local experts with international thrill seekers from the four corners of the globe.

Combining cultural heritage and a spiritual legacy, Chiang Mai is also one of the most sacred highland areas of Thailand. The seat of the Lanna Kindom until 1558, today the old city is still homes to hundreds of elaborate Buddhist temples, including 14th-century Wat Phra Singh and 15th-century Wat Chedi Luang.

A land that truly represents the balance of nature vs. nurture akin to Thailand's mountainous region, Chiang Mai is also resplendent with national parks, untamed rainforest and fed by fresh upland streams that race towards the sea.

The most integral part of the brand philosophy is their sustainable and cyclical approach to adventure tourism, hiring from within the local village, The Peak Adventure work to ensure each activity they provides positively affects the people and the landscape they love.

On each activity, they endeavour to leave their site locations, cleaner, safer and better than before - winning them the “Best in the field” by the “ Tourisim authorities of Thailand” (TAT) in 2008.

Join The Peak Adventure for one of their signature quad biking safaris or whitewater rafting descents in the heart of the Chiang Mai province.
