Prefer to keep your feet firmly planted on ground? Well then take a trek to Andharban and explore the dark and dense forest. This trek is primarily based on descending from the peak. Experience some of the most beautiful views the area has to offer. Walk on ridge that offers an awesome view of the Kundalika Valley, Bhira Dam and the mountain ranges of Tamhini Ghat. You’ll descend to Konkan to reach Bhira (4 kms). The same valley is the origin of the Kundalika River famous for its white water river rafting and other adventure activities.

Talking of white water rafting, the Kundalika River on the international scale is rated as a grade IV river, making its rapids a challenge for any water sports enthusiast. Come and run the rafts in fast flowing water currents almost 12km downstream.
