Phuket is the most southern province and largest island in Thailand. The island is located in the Andaman Sea, east to the peninsula of Malesia. It would be impossible to attempt to describe the beauty of Phuket. The mountains framing the sandy silky beaches, contrasting with waves of the blue crystal clear waters make of Phuket a dreamy destination for travellers.

Known as the Pearl of the South, the picture-perfect island has some of the most incredible places to visit. Not only you have beaches and water sports but, since 70% of Phuket is covered by jungle, there are more than enough land based activities to do.

North of Phuket you’ll find the Sirinat National Park. Best known for its well-preserved white sand beaches and sea turtle nesting the National Park has both jungle and sea. With jungle all around, there are a ton of activities like ziplining, trekking and even motocross routes!

Khao Phra Thaeo National Park is another important natural landmark. The untouched rainforest is perfect for aquatic trekking and canyoning. With natural water pools and the renowned Ton Sai waterfall. If you’re lucky enough, you might even see some unusual forest creatures!

One of the absolute musts is a boat-trip excursion and scuba diving around Phang Nga Bay, where the famous Ko Tapu (James Bond Island). The place is now a Marine National Park declared a protected Ramsar Site. It has 42 islets, at least 28 species of mangrove, coral reefs and intertidal zone.

Head out away from the crowds and touristic fuzz to the Ko Lon, Ko Kaeo Yai, Ko Kaeo Noi or Ko He islands, located south of the province. Tour around with stand-up paddling, kayaks or depending on the season you can have some windsurfing adventures.

Good spot, a bit low on information on where to boat tour was heading, so we had to diva at the same place 3 of 4 dives. But it was nice anyways.

Bien, mais j'aurais préféré un instructeur qui parle français

Perfect spot for beginner with flat water and pretty stable/good wind. Love it!! Plus point: easy access for food just 3 min walking distance!
