Organisateur au top !! Ils ont communiqué par watsapp avec nous la veille et le jour même de l'activité. Ils ont prévu un minibus au lieu de rdv. Les guides étaient top, prenaient le temps pour nous, très très sympathique, gros point positif : l'un d'eux parlait français !!

Both instructors were very friendly and very passionate about their job. They went above and beyond what was advertised

Giuseppe was a wonderful tour guide. Normally we would have been with another person, but he couldn't make it and if your read this: "You really missed one hell of a ride." Giuseppe picked us up in Catania. He was very friendly and told a lot about the Etna and the Alcantara river. During the water trekking we did a lot of extremely enjoyable jumps and slides while we were in the good hands of our guide Giuseppe, who let us feel safe the whole way through. During the tour we could really enjoy the beautiful nature and we almost met no other people on our way, it was really idyllic. After the tour Giuseppe even led us to nice and cheap restaurant and showed us how the alcantara canyon was formed somewhat further, which wasn't even an official part of the tour, but was a very beautiful add-on. After the tour he even dropped us in Taormina, where we could continue our day in a very satisfied way. Thank you Giuseppe!

Michele was great and engaging

All three instructors, Michele, Marco and (I unfortunately forgot our last instructor’s name) were so much fun and a true joy to be around. Felt like life long friends, really! Also, thanks for the coffee!

No complaints regarding the instructors, highly skilled people with safety at the front of their minds all the time. Perfect in every way.

Macro and his two others staff are skillful and customer-based people. They cared about our safety, attention, worries and always give supportable tips to follow. Most importantly, they made the trip extraordinary.

Marc and Tiziana are lovely people and provided us with all that we need for this activity
