Discover the beautiful Antiparos on this fun and unique activity - a mix of SUP, Yoga, and windsurfing! The ultimate water workout experience!

Spot One Antiparos Surf Club offers 2 hours of pure fun and relaxation - SUP&Yoga, and windsurfing!

SUP&Yoga is a great activity suitable for everyone. Once you are able to stand up on the board and keep your balance, your instructor will teach you how to glide and balance on the water without applying any force, but technique.

Windsurfing is a technical sport and this is why Spot One offers courses designed to ensure safety and fun by making learning and practice fast and easy. Every lesson is adapted to the student's needs and is made up of small steps, enabling you to progress at your own pace.

The spot
Spot One Antiparos Surf Club is located on Psaralyki Beach, at the north-east side of the island, 500m. distance from the town, facing Paros.

The beautiful location with crystal, clear flat waters and an amazing landscape between the two islands  Antiparos and Paros, the top equipment and the passionate certified instructors create the ideal environment for the ultimate fun experience.

Before or after your activity you can relax at Spot One Antiparos Surf Club Café, which is located a few meters behind the beach, and enjoy fresh and healthy salads, smoothies, snacks and drinks.

Description de l'offre

You will enjoy 1 hour of windsurfing only, followed by 1 hour of Yoga and SUP.

Pré-requis

Weight limits: min 30 kg, max 110 kg

No physical injuries or health conditions accepted.

All participants must know how to swim.

Conditions particulières

This activity is weather dependent.

Please contact your instructor after booking to arrange the exact meeting time.

Participants younger than 14 years old need a written parental consent or be accompanied by a parent.
