Some of the Skydive Salerno staff were very friendly and helpful, others were rude and unhelpful. The communication also needs to be worked on. We arrived at 10am, not knowing there was a first-come-first-served rule at the drop-zone, and were put on the 9th jump of the day. This meant that we had to wait for 4 and a half hours to do the jump. If the staff had been more explicit about the time we were due to jump, we could have made much better use of our time.

Mariano, my instructor, was amazing. I am not sure whether i followed the safety brief or not as the moment i was out of the plane my mind was somewhere else haha. All that adrenaline I guess. Still, he kept me safe all the time! The camera man was also trying to do everything in his power to keep me cool. So appreciated guys!
Tu arrives à 10h du matin et tu passez a 16h , c'est premier arrivé premier servi, il pourrait y avoir des créneaux après midi et matin pour faciliter l'organisation

Le staff était vraiment cool ! Néanmoins, nous avons été victimes d’un petit souci technique dû au changement d’emplacement de l’activité. Nous nous sommes présentés à l’aéroport costa d’amalfi à 9h30 pour un début d’activité à 10h, mais l’emplacement avait changé quelques jours avant et nous n’avions pas été avertis. Nous avons dû faire 30min de route pour rejoindre le bon endroit, pas conséquent, nous étions dans le 5ème groupe à sauter puisque 1er arrivé 1er servi, nous avons donc sauté à 14h, cela fait beaucoup d’attente…
Professional, funny and kind instructors. Made us feel safe even though we aren’t from Italy and don’t understand the language completely.
Instructor were very very good and smiling all the time. They make you feel so comfortable. My mother of 60 year old also did it so comfortably.

Personne ne nous a expliqué qu’il fallait passer le gate de sécurité, nous avons attendu 1h40 à l´extérieur, de ce fait nous n’étions plus prioritaire et nous avons attendus 6h ..
The instructor was great. I believe there was a slight language barrier but other than that great.

The instructor was fantastic and very thorough even though his English was limited. He made sure over the course of the period that I understood what needed to be done. Thankfully, some of the fellow attendees knew some English and helped with the translation.
Pipi was fantastic, even though his English was limited I still felt extremely confident even when the door opened.
Super pros et sympa. Il faut néanmoins penser à faire changer le numéro de téléphone qui n'est plus en service et le club est donc injoignable en cas d'urgence.
what a team, its like dream team if u wanna do tandem skydiving .... pilot, instructor, very difficult to name each and every person, but the entire team was superb.
