Head from peak to beach on this MTB tour of Brač Island.
Starting at 778m above sea level, explore the rugged contours of Brač Island on this summit to sea MTB tour. Travelling from the highest elevation to the charming seaside village of Bol, explore the area's winding downhills on this guided mountain biking tour.
This tour is run and operated from Supetar and travels to Bol on a 22km route via Vidova Gora. For those not staying on the island, Brač can be reached by ferry from Split (50 min transfer time).
Meet your guide on Vrilo Beach for this MTB Tour of Brač Island. After gearing up with hardtail bikes and protection, jump in the van for a short transfer to Vidova Gora at 773m - the highest peak on the island. This downhill route delivers on action and knock-out views, too - with a striking horizon that stretches out across the shoreline. Travelling on a wild yet well-maintained mountain path, pass black pine forests as you weave through rural villages like Nerežišća and Škrip – the oldest settlement in Brač - stopping to learn more about traditional olive oil production in a small, family-run mill. With the shoreline coming into view, travel to the ancient settlement in Splitska before reaching one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatian and your final stop, Dol. On arrival, a traditional lunch will be waiting - a chance to sample local delicacies before your transfer back to Supetar.
This tour operates during the summer season from May - October and uses Cube Aim 26" and 29" hardtail bikes.
