Offer all of the adventure sports in one gift card

The Adrenaline Hunter gift card holds a monetary value that can be used to purchase any activity on our site www.adrenaline-hunter.com. This amount is valuable for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not required to be registered under the holder’s name and can be used up to several purchases exclusively on our site.

A printer-friendly PDF version of the gift card will be sent via email to the person who purchased it. The gift card can then be offered directly to their recipient of choice.

We maintain a strict gift card cancellation policy. Gift cards cannot be exchanged, resold, reimbursed (even partially), nor credited to another bank account, credit card, or gift card.

If the person who purchased the gift card cannot retrieve the confirmation email or if the gift card recipient has lost the PDF version, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] A customer service representative will retrieve the gift card in question by using the purchaser’s email address.

Upon receiving your gift card you will find a unique code marked by 14 characters that you will need to provide after choosing an activity on our site. Once you have chosen an activity, follow the steps necessary to complete the reservation and add the activity to your basket. You will then input the code into the appropriate field so that your discount can be automatically applied.

If the activity you have purchased is at a lower value than the total amount on your gift card the difference will remain on your card for a future purchase on our site. Alternatively, if the activity you have purchased is at a higher value than the total amount on your gift card, the difference will need to be covered by another method of payment. Please note: a gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

If you are not responsible for the activity’s cancellation (instructor is not available, unforeseen weather conditions, etc…) we will re-credit your gift card with the exact amount used for the activity’s original purchase. You can then purchase another activity to your liking.
