Santa Claus Village is a popular destination located in the Arctic Circle near Rovaniemi, the capital city of Lapland, Finland. It is known as the official hometown of Santa Claus, and visitors can meet Santa himself in his office. The village is located right in the Arctic Circle, creating a festive winter atmosphere. The area gives you a jolly and cheerful feeling of Christmas all year round!
The trip begins at the starting point in Rovaniemi (pickups are available within a 15km driving distance), where you will meet your friendly guide. This tour supports large groups of people and everyone is welcome - the perfect family excursion! The guide will then transfer you north of Rovaniemi where the magic begins!
You will be taken to the most exciting, popular destination in Finnish Lapland - Santa Claus Village. The guide will bring you on a tour of the village while you explore all of the attractions it has to offer. The village is situated on the Arctic Circle, with a white line denoting the exact location of the circle. When you cross the line, you will receive an official Arctic Circle certificate to keep as a souvenir forever!
The village is home to the Santa Claus Main Post Office, where visitors can send letters and postcards stamped with the special Arctic Circle postmark. You can join the elves working in the post office and send postcards and letters back to your friends at home. The children can also send their letters to Santa directly from the post office.
The main attraction is Santa Claus’s actual office, where you can meet Santa himself, share your Christmas wishes, and take photos (The elves will take the pictures and you can purchase them later). The park surrounding the village is beautifully decorated with Christmas-themed elements, and you will have the chance to visit the reindeer. After all of this excitement, a delicious lunch will be served, where you will enjoy the taste of a traditional Finnish buffet. After your fun-filled day, you will return to Rovaniemi with life-long memories!

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price.
Special terms
At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays.
At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays.
