Activity description

Spend the day practicing backcountry skiing in one of the numerous skiing areas of the Portes du Soleil with an experienced mountain guide and instructor.

12 ski resorts (7 in France and 5 in Switzerland) and one of the biggest ski areas has made Portes du Soleil a major destination for all winter sports lovers.

Depending on the conditions, you will practice backcountry skiing in Châtel, Avoriaz, Morzine or Les Gets.

If you are a speed lovers, get ready to be transported to the snowy mountains off the slopes. This sport allows you to evolve in the powder snow while being introduced to freeridding.

You will have access to the most beautiful backcountry itineraries from the ski lifts. You will be guided by your instructor who knows where to find excellent snow and conditions to fully enjoy the sport in total safety. If you wish, it is also possible to practice ski touring.

Offer Description

Enjoy a full day backcountry skiing trip in one of the most popular skiing area: Portes du Soleil (Morzine, Avoriaz, les Gets, Châtel).

After meeting with your instructor and checking the safety equipment, you will do your first bends to warm up. Then, you will practice backcountry skiing followed by bigger itineraries.
