Explore the southern coast of the Algarve with a tandem paramotoring flight from Loulé!
Soar over medieval fortresses, nature reserves and coastal inlets as you explore the Algarve by air - all in the comfort of a powered paragliding - also known as paramotoring or PPG - piloted by an expert with an itinerary set by you! Head inland for views of the verdant Fonte Benémola or take flight towards the coast for breathtaking panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean.
Loulé is a traditional Portuguese market town resplendent with interesting historic monuments like the 2nd Century Loulé Castle, a lively Moorish market, and a traditional Portuguese atmosphere. Close to the main city of Faro and the beach resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira, Loulé is also on the border of Fonte Benémola Nature Reserve - popular with hikers for its long woodland trails and free swimmers for its refreshing swimming holes and waterfalls.
Unlike paragliding, paramotoring/paratriking is driven by a propeller that can be guided across land and sea. Using a two-man wheeled launch, the 15-20 minute scenic flight from the launch site in Loulé can be organised at any time of day with an itinerary to suit your desires. Head inland for views of the evergreen nature reserve or travel south to the beach for stunning views toward the horizon.
Available throughout the year, tandem paramotoring flights are weather dependent and flight times will be determined by conditions on the day. Paratriking is not subject to thermals or prevailing winds to operate - although high winds can prevent or delay flying.
Activity times subject to approval by instructor - weather restrictions may apply
